I had a computer problem before I completed my order and never received my file - what do I do?

If you had a power surge or some other problem and never received a confirmation email - simply input it again and I'll make sure you're only charged once.

I input my order and got a confirmation. I entered my child's information but didn't get the file. What's wrong Tooth Fairy?

The Tooth Fairy magic works with most email addresses but SOMETIMES a spam filter or file filter will prevent the files from arriving. You have the link to create the file again using the password provided with your order. Try these options:

1) Double check the email address you used - especially if you are from a country outside the U.S. Make sure you typed it correctly and use the link and password again. CAREFULLY spell the email address and if you're from another country we need the full email address including country code.

2) Check your spam box and make sure it's not sitting there if you use a spam filter.

3) Use the link to send it a different email address - you can create a free email account using yahoo or many other services. NOTE - Avoid hotmail as it does not always accept our files.

4) Use the link to send it to a different computer. Sometimes it's the computer or server blocking it. this is free with the link.

Who’s Behind ToothFairyLand.com?
Toothfairyland.com, Inc. is made up of two friends who believe a lost tooth should be a magical moment for a child. The original member is a Father of three with a remarkable passion for giving his kids an incredible tooth fairy experience. As soon as his children started losing teeth (many years ago), he started making it fun and exciting. He made up certificates and letters from the Tooth Fairy for his own kids and watched their smiles the morning after the tooth fairy visit. An early visionary, he registered Tooth Fairyland and launched ToothFairyLand.com - the Original Online Tooth Fairy. His own children eventually helped him with the site until they each began to marry, go off to college and develop careers of their own.

With his children grown, the original Tooth Fairy went looking for a new partner. He found one in a woman with a big imagination and fun memories of her Tooth Fairy visits. Many of her memories have been translated into ideas for the all new ToothFairyLand.com web site. She wrote the Legend of the Tooth Fairy and the Tooth Fairy poems and newsletters you see online.

All emails collected in the course of our web site operation are used for the express purpose of bringing joy and fun to young children and adults that want to celebrate a lost tooth experience.

The Tooth Fairy collects children’s email addresses from adults who purchase from the Tooth Fairyland Store. The Tooth Fairy uses these addresses to provide a one-time only contact with the child from the Tooth Fairy. Any child’s email address collected in this fashion is destroyed after this one time use.

The Tooth Fairy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems. We encourage parents and guardians to go online with their children. Here are a few tips to help make a child's online experience safer:

Teach children never to give personal information (such as name, address, phone number, school, etc.) unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
Know the sites your children are visiting and which sites are appropriate.
Look for web site privacy policies. Know how your child's information is treated.

If you use ask the Tooth Fairy to tell a friend or family about your child’s lost tooth, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and your friend or family’s email address. We use your name and email address only to let your friend know who sent the email. We use the friend's email address for purposes of sharing news about the lost tooth and directing them to the Tooth Fairyland web site. We do not collect or retain any of the information provided by you when you use this referral service in our database or any other place and do not use it for any other purpose.

Non-Personal Information
Non-personal or aggregated information is information that cannot be associated with or traced back to a specific person. When you browse our web site, for example, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you, but we do gather information about the number of people who are viewing each page so that we can learn what features are the most popular.
